Pre-Bankruptcy Counseling

The Pre-Bankruptcy Counseling session includes an evaluation of your personal financial situation, a discussion of the alternatives to bankruptcy, and a personal budget plan. Once completed, you will receive a certificate as proof of the completion of your counseling.
